Accounts for FAP Tracker on DHIS2 are created by the organisation that runs your DHIS2 server, such as the Family Adoption Programme. You can ask us to delete yours with the form below, or ask your programme's administrator.
What is deleted
Within 30 days of your request, we delete from the server:
- your user account: username, name and email address;
- the link between your account and your Apple, Google or Microsoft sign-in;
- the access tokens the server issued to the app for you;
- the sync reports the app kept on the server under your account.
What stays with the programme
The household and family records you entered belong to the programme, not to your account. They stay on the server under the programme's own rules for how long records are kept, and they may still show your username as the person who entered them. To ask about those records, contact the organisation that runs the programme.
On your phone
Open the app, sync, then log out in Settings. Logging out removes all records, photos and sign-in details from the phone. The app does not let you log out while some records have not reached the server, so that no work is lost. Uninstalling the app also removes everything it kept.
Ask for deletion
Fill in the form and press the button. Your email app opens with the request written out, so that you can check it and send it. If it does not open, write to sunbiz@gmail.com with the same details.
What happens next
- We reply to confirm we have your request.
- We may check with your programme's administrator that the account is yours.
- We delete the account within 30 days of your request and tell you when it is done.
- If your account is on a server we do not run, we tell you whose administrator to contact.
Having trouble with the app rather than wanting to leave? The support page may help.
